ACPM: Basics Of Accounting in Poland
The advanced training course for accountants in Poland will help you to adapt your existing experience and knowledge to Polish realities, master the basic accounting concepts and necessary vocabulary, get acquainted with Polish legislation, understand the document flow and see how the taxation system is organised.
The course is designed to:
1. Beginning accountants who have moved to Poland and plan to work in their speciality there.
2. Experienced accountants who want to enter a new market, adapt their knowledge to Polish legislation and market specifics.
3.Entrepreneurs who plan to keep accounting records of their own business in Poland.
Requirements for candidates
Completing the certification program does not require specific education or experience, but basic knowledge of management, economics, and finance will be an advantage.

- Practical skills in working with Polish accounting software - in particular, Rewizor.
- Calculation of salaries and contributions to ZUS.
- Ability to document complex transactions, including WDT, WNT, exports, imports.
- Keeping records of individual entrepreneurs.
- Conducting financial analysis of the company - assessment of expenses, income and overall financial situation.

- Efficient organisation of workflows, particularly when dealing with large volumes of accounting documentation.
- Analysing complex situations and finding optimal solutions in the accounting process.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in legislation or work processes

Exam and certificate
The official ACPM exam is held monthly on a scheduled basis, online. Pre-registration is required to participate in the exam. The list of required documents and the exam registration form are available in the e-learning system.
The exam consists of 20 test questions and 4 tasks. The exam lasts 2 hours.
Passing score: 60.
The ACPM International Certificate exam is administered by administrators using a proctoring system (monitoring the student and their computer screen). Completed tasks are checked and evaluated by ACPM-accredited teachers.
Exam results are communicated to candidates by email 2 weeks after the exam. The international ACPM certificate is sent to the same email address within 2 months from the date of the results announcement in electronic form if the candidate scored 60 or more points.
