This program equips participants to become internationally qualified mentors, specializing in working with executives and entrepreneurs. By mastering mentoring principles, strategic analysis, business development tools, and international competence standards (ECVET, EQF, ISO 20700), you'll gain the skills to guide professionals through decision-making, growth, and innovation processes, fostering sustainable development and trust-based relationships.

The course is tailored for experienced business consultants, executive coaches, business leaders and owners mentoring other companies, lecturers and trainers from business schools, accelerators, and clusters, as well as experts involved in international educational and donor-funded programs.

Requirements for candidates

Completing the certification program does not require specific education or experience, but basic knowledge of management, economics, and finance will be an advantage.

Upon completing this module, the mentor will be able to:

  • Distinguish the roles of mentor, coach, trainer, and facilitator, and position themselves clearly in mentoring interaction with executives.

Exam and certificate

Pre-registration is required to participate in the ACPM exam. 

The exam consists of video of a real training module on preparation. The exam lasts 1 hours.

Passing score: 100.

Completed tasks are checked and evaluated by ACPM-accredited teachers.

Exam results are communicated via email within 2 weeks of the exam. The ACPM International Certificate will be sent electronically to the same email address within 2 months if the candidate scores 60 or more points.
