ACPM: Risk Management

The program of the course ‘ACPM: Risk Management’ is aimed at mastering the principles of identifying, classifying, and documenting risks, applying qualitative and quantitative assessment methods, and building risk maps. Participants will learn to design and justify effective response strategies, develop practical response plans, and integrate risk management into strategic and operational processes. The course also covers monitoring frameworks, maturity assessment, and the use of digital tools and AI for forecasting, antifraud, and effective communication of risks across organisations.

Risk Assessment and Prioritisation

  • Quantitative risk analysis: expected monetary value (EMV) method, sensitivity analysis, bow-tie method, Ishikawa diagram

  • Developing a risk map and ranking by criticality

Development of Risk Response Strategies

Exam and certificate

The official ACPM exam is held monthly on a scheduled basis, online. Pre-registration is required to participate in the exam. The list of required documents and the exam registration form are available in the e-learning system.

The exam consists of 20 multiple-choice questions. The exam lasts 2 hours.

Passing score: 60.

The ACPM International Certificate exam is administered by administrators using a proctoring system (monitoring the student and their computer screen). Completed tasks are checked and evaluated by ACPM-accredited teachers.

Exam results are communicated to candidates by email 2 weeks after the exam. The international ACPM certificate is sent to the same email address within 2 months from the date of the results announcement in electronic form if the candidate scored 60 or more points.
