ACPM and Financial Academy Aktiv Launch a Groundbreaking AI Programme for Executives as Part of the NextGen Project

As part of the flagship educational initiative NextGen, launched by ACPM Ukraine in collaboration with the accredited examination centre Financial Academy Aktiv, a new training programme titled "AI for Executives: From Digital Literacy to Business Strategy" has been introduced. This unique course is designed to help Ukrainian leaders not only adapt to the challenges of the digital age but also lead the transformation of their organisations through the integration of artificial intelligence.

The programme is tailored for decision-makers — including department heads, entrepreneurs, HR directors, CIOs/CDOs, project managers, and team leads. Its goal is to systematically develop AI competence and equip participants with the tools to implement AI in business processes, enhance team efficiency, and make informed strategic decisions.

“This is not just a course about AI. It’s about a new generation of leadership — responsible, knowledgeable, and capable of implementing innovation in a structured and ethical way,” ACPM representatives comment.

The course comprises several modules combining theoretical foundations, practical applications, and strategic planning:

  • Fundamentals of working with AI and key concepts of AI literacy
  • Application of generative models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot
  • Overview of multifunctional tools and risk assessment in AI usage
  • Prompt management and creating AI libraries for executives
  • Building an AI strategy in a company: case studies, frameworks, and transformation paths

Participants will work with the most relevant tools on the market — from ChatGPT and NotebookLM to Gamma, Julius, and ThinkingPartner — and will learn to build effective AI-based strategies, visualise data, delegate tasks to AI, and develop digital leadership skills.

Key skills acquired by participants include:

  • AI literacy as a core management competence
  • Delegating routine tasks to AI
  • Designing and implementing AI strategies
  • Prompt engineering and building prompt libraries
  • Critical and ethical thinking in AI interactions
  • Leading organisational change and transformation with AI

This course is part of the NextGen Leadership School — a project aimed at preparing a new generation of executives ready to lead the reconstruction and development of the country. NextGen participants gain not only knowledge but also access to a strong community of like-minded, ambitious professionals open to innovation and change.

“We believe that leaders with strong AI competencies are not just a trend — they are a necessity for a country that is rebuilding itself,” the organisers emphasise.
