The story of ACPM Ukraine began during one of the darkest periods in Ukraine’s recent history — in 2022, following the full-scale invasion. While many international organizations were suspending their operations in Ukraine, the Association of Certified Professional Managers (ACPM) took a bold step: it opened an examination center in Ukraine.
This was a gesture of support and trust. It sent a clear message to Ukrainian professionals — managers, financial experts, HR leaders, and auditors alike:
your global professional community stands with you, even in times of war.
Why then?
Because crisis is the ultimate test of true leadership. And in moments when a country is fighting for its future, professionals need tools not only to endure — but to grow, gain global recognition, and validate their competence on the international stage.
ACPM already had many years of experience in certifying managers around the world. However, Ukraine became the first country in Eastern Europe where a structural unit of ACPM — ACPM Ukraine — was established.
Why was it created?
-
To provide Ukrainian professionals with access to international certification without leaving the country
-
To build a network of leaders capable of driving change in business, government, and society
-
To support a resilient infrastructure for professional development — even in wartime and recovery
What has it achieved?
From the very beginning, ACPM Ukraine launched educational programs tailored to the realities of the Ukrainian market. In partnership with leading platforms like Financial Academy Aktiv, it introduced unique development pathways for leadership, management, auditing, and financial expertise.
ACPM Ukraine is not just a structural unit. It is a strong Ukrainian voice within the global professional community. Today, we continue to amplify that voice — through international exams, transformational projects, and a new generation of leaders shaping the country of the future.
