The Non-Profit Educational Institution Eurasian University has gained new international recognition: the undergraduate programmes of its Faculty of Economics have successfully passed accreditation under the global initiative ACPM:HEI and have been awarded the Advanced Quality Mark — a quality label that confirms compliance with modern international standards.
This marks an important step for the university, which has continuously evolved since its foundation in 2008, expanding its academic offerings, improving its infrastructure, and strengthening its academic reputation. In 2010, the institute was officially restructured into Eurasian University, and since 2012, the institution has held a licence to provide higher professional education.
What does ACPM accreditation mean?
According to ACPM experts, the educational programmes of the Faculty of Economics:
- Demonstrate high academic quality and international recognition
- Actively collaborate with universities and business structures from various countries
- Apply innovative approaches to teaching
- Achieve a high level of graduate employability
- Receive positive feedback from both students and employers
- Are regularly updated in accordance with the demands of the modern labour market
Among the university’s international partners are institutions in South Korea, the United States, and Kazakhstan. The university has signed memoranda and agreements on academic mobility, joint research projects, and knowledge exchange. In particular, in 2025, new agreements were signed with D.A. Kunaev University and the International Engineering and Technology University (Kazakhstan).
In addition to the international ACPM accreditation, the Faculty of Economics already holds national recognition — including a certificate of independent programme accreditation in the field of Economics from national agencies (in 2020 and 2025).
About the ACPM:HEI Project
ACPM:HEI is an international initiative that helps universities adapt to the demands of the modern world. It aims to support business-oriented strategies in higher education, increase the practicality of learning, and create additional opportunities for students.
Graduates of accredited programmes are eligible to receive dual certification — a national degree and an international ACPM diploma. This opens the door to the global labour market and enhances the competitiveness of graduates.
Congratulations to the team of Eurasian University on this international recognition!
This is not merely a formal achievement, but a testament to the quality that underpins every educational programme.
