The Association of Certified Professional Managers (ACPM) has introduced a new tool for confirming professional qualifications — official diploma supplements, available to diploma holders from September 2025. The first group of graduates received their updated documents in November. This initiative aims to broaden the description of learning outcomes, ensure greater transparency in specialist training, and simplify the assessment of professional competencies. Earlier, the organisation announced that the new document format would become an important element of international qualification presentation standards.
What the diploma supplement provides
To respond to growing demands for skills verification, ACPM now offers all diploma holders the option to receive an expanded international document detailing the programme structure, module content, training hours, and acquired competencies. The supplement includes a full breakdown of programme components—from module titles and practical blocks to descriptions of hard and soft skills developed during the course. These supplements are intended for professionals wishing to present their qualifications more clearly within both local and international labour markets. To order the documents, applicants must submit a request through their personal account on the ACPM website.
Key advantages:
- Transparent qualification confirmation. The supplement offers a detailed overview of training and acquired skills.
- Enhanced career prospects. The document helps employers and HR specialists assess a candidate’s professional preparation more easily.
- International recognition. A standardised competency description supports employment and further study abroad.
- A professional skills passport. The supplement provides a structured profile of achieved outcomes rather than simply confirming course participation.
In this way, the diploma supplement enables employers to assess a candidate’s knowledge quickly, while graduates can better demonstrate their professional value — strengthening their CVs and client communications.
Who can request the updated document
Applications are open to those who obtained their diploma between late 2023 and 1 September 2025. After this date, all ACPM graduates will automatically receive diplomas with supplements. This decision reflects the organisation’s commitment to standardising qualification confirmation.
For diplomas issued before September 2025, the supplement is a paid service not included in programme or exam fees. Two formats are available:
- Electronic document — £7
- Printed version — £17 (delivery within Ukraine) For international delivery, the cost varies depending on the destination country and postal tariffs.
Important changes to ACPM policy
On 15 August 2024, ACPM revised its qualification document system: several programmes have been reclassified and will now issue certificates instead of diplomas. This applies to some courses delivered through accredited partners. The changes are linked to updated qualification documentation standards, ensuring alignment with current market requirements.

The role of the supplement on the labour market
A diploma combined with an official supplement provides a full, structured explanation of acquired competencies, helping employers quickly understand the content of training and evaluate a specialist’s level. For graduates, it serves as a tool for strengthening competitiveness internationally and demonstrating professional growth.
The updated ACPM document system reflects the organisation’s commitment to greater transparency of qualifications and clear skill structuring, enabling professionals to present their profiles more comprehensively.
