The course is tailored for experienced specialists with at least five years of experience in coaching and consulting.

Requirements for candidates

Completing the certification program does not require specific education or experience, but basic knowledge of management, economics, and finance will be an advantage.

  • Uses Career Coaching and Facilitation Tools - GROW, SCORE, CREDO models, active listening, in-depth inquiry techniques, and work with limiting beliefs.
  • Personal branding and job search technologies - Mastery of methods of writing effective resumes, motivational letters, developing a career brand through LinkedIn and preparing for interviews.
  • Digital resources and automation of consulting - Use of a modern HRM platform, career testing, labour market analysis system, online consulting tools and CRM system for working with clients.

Exam and certificate

Pre-registration is required to participate in the ACPM exam. 

The exam consists of video of a real training module on preparation. The exam lasts 1 hours.

Passing score: 100.

Completed tasks are checked and evaluated by ACPM-accredited teachers.

Exam results are communicated to candidates by email 2 weeks after the exam. The ACPM International Diploma is sent electronically to the same email address within 2 months of the results announcement if the candidate scores 60 or more points.
