Members of the Academy of Certified Professional Managers held a series of on-site meetings with business owners and representatives in different parts of Britain to expand contacts and share experience. The ACPM working group visited Bristol, Oxford, and Winchester to meet with like-minded people and learn about the state of local business and the problems facing company managers.

Bristol car dealers have told ACPM members their plans to strengthen their position in the domestic market. And they also shared concerns about the rapid development strategy offered by young managers. According to them, the new management focuses more on the foreign market, although it is worth betting on the domestic market first, because it will reduce risks.

In Oxford, ACPM representatives spoke with teachers and senior students of the College of Worcester in the direction of "People and Society". They discussed new approaches in business and understanding some methods that are used in the modern economy. This meeting also demonstrated new views of young people on established management practices. She inspired the academy to maintain ties with educational institutions for the joint achievement of a successful future.

In Winchester, the ACPM working group met with representatives of the Winchester BID service, which works to ensure the well-being of local businesses. The representatives of the academy once again confirmed their belief in the need to support local businesses, which is why it has a positive effect not only on the business itself, but also on the city in which it operates.
The October meetings helped to strengthen contacts with British managers and brought many ideas for further development of ACPM. They also contributed to the collection of data for the development of training programs and the drawing up of an up-to-date portrait of a modern professional manager for its further standardization.
