Criteria for Accreditation as The Official Representative

1. General Requirements

1.1. Work Experience

The applicant organisation must have at least 1 year of experience in professional education, certification, or business consulting. This must be confirmed by registration documents and a portfolio of completed projects.

1.2. Contact Information and Transparency

  • An active telephone number (landline or mobile) accessible to clients during working hours.
  • A working email address regularly monitored by the centre’s staff.
  • An official website with up-to-date information on educational programmes, schedules, study conditions, and licences.
  • Active pages on at least two social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), updated at least once a week.

1.3. Activity Formats

The organisation may conduct educational, representative, and marketing activities in both offline and online formats. It must be ready to deliver ACPM programmes in any format: offline, online, or blended.

2. Opportunities for Partnership and Cooperation with ACPM Learning Centres and Representatives

2.1. The Official Representative has the exclusive right to:

  • Establish partnerships with any accredited ACPM learning centres, representatives, experts, and ambassadors;
  • Promote and distribute accredited programmes of other ACPM partners within their territory;
  • Organise joint events, conferences, presentations, forums, and marathons with other ACPM representatives;
  • Provide advisory support to new learning centres and accreditation candidates on behalf of ACPM.

2.2. Benefits of Cooperation

  • Expansion of operational geography and reach of new target audiences;
  • Additional income from the distribution of programmes offered by other partners;
  • Participation in exclusive partner initiatives, expert sessions, and strategic discussions;
  • Opportunity to initiate international projects and academic exchanges with ACPM’s support.
3. Educational Programmes

3.1. Promotion and Delivery of Accredited ACPM Programmes

The Official Representative has the right to independently deliver all existing ACPM programmes without the need for additional accreditation for each individual programme.
The Official Representative may also promote the programmes of all accredited ACPM representatives and learning centres under favourable terms.

3.2. Accreditation of Own Courses and Programmes

The Official Representative has the right to accredit their own courses and programmes within ACPM, provided that the content and teaching staff meet the criteria of a Registered Learning Centre. In this case, the centre may undergo re-accreditation to obtain a new status. No additional fees are charged for obtaining the new partner status, provided the annual membership fee for the primary activity remains valid.

4. Technical Support

To obtain the status of The Official Representative, the organisation must submit a complete set of documents confirming compliance with the established requirements:

4.1. Accreditation Application Form
A completed application form in the prescribed format.
All sections must be filled in comprehensively, with detailed and complete information.

4.2. Incorporation and Registration Documents

  • A copy of the organisation’s charter/statute.

  • A copy of the certificate of state registration as a legal entity or sole proprietor.

  • A current certificate of legal entity registration (e.g., extract from the state register), issued no more than 3 months before the application submission date.
     

4.3. Teaching Staff (if ACPM programmes are to be delivered)
A list of all tutors involved in the educational programmes, including:

  • Full name;

  • Subjects taught;

  • Type of employment (staff, part-time, civil contract).

For each tutor:

  • A CV indicating education, work experience, and professional achievements;

  • Copies of higher education diplomas and professional certificates;

  • Reference letters from previous employers or partners (if available);

  • Willingness to undergo ACPM certification within the prescribed timeframe (certification plan);

  • Availability of international diplomas;

  • Participation in professional events – round tables, summits, business meetings, etc.;

  • A professional development plan for each tutor.

4.4. Legal Documentation

  • A template of the current service agreement or public offer (for online sales), including all service provision terms;

  • Privacy policy and consent form for personal data processing in accordance with legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, if applicable);

  • Confirmation of reputation and status: a list of all current accreditations, licences, and partnerships, with supporting documents (certificates, letters, agreements, etc.).

5. Technical Provision

The representative organisation is required to ensure appropriate technical equipment for delivering training (if planned) in accordance with the criteria for a Registered Learning Centre

6. Organisation of the Educational Process

A company applying for the status of The Official Representative is required to organise the educational process (if planned) in accordance with high-quality standards and the criteria of a Registered Learning Centre, ensuring transparency, support, and effective learning.

7. Quality and Development Policy

A company applying for the status of The Official Representative must demonstrate a systematic approach to ensuring and continuously improving the quality of its services.

  • Implementation of a quality management system.

  • Availability of developed and approved regulations and procedures covering key aspects of operations.

  • Regular internal quality audits (at least once every six months) with documented corrective action plans.

  • Organisation of systematic feedback collection from students:
     

    • Surveys after each course;

    • Evaluation of tutor performance;

    • Analysis of feedback for the continuous improvement of programmes and services.

8. Reputation and Social Responsibility

The Official Representative must confirm their active role within the professional community and demonstrate commitment to the principles of social responsibility.

8.1. Partnerships and Cooperation

  • Presence of valid cooperation agreements with:

    • International and national professional associations;

    • Leading higher education institutions;

    • Other accredited learning centres and organisations operating in the field of education and professional development.

  • Provision of supporting documents or links to official sources is required.
     

8.2. Participation in Social and Educational Initiatives
Implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes, such as:

  • Delivering or promoting free or subsidised courses for socially vulnerable groups;

  • Participation in charitable projects, forums, and educational marathons;

  • Organising or partnering in career guidance events, open lectures, and webinars for the general public.
     

8.3. Public Reputation

  • Positive references to the organisation's activities on external platforms (media, partner websites, forums);

  • Maintaining an active presence and image on social media and within professional communities.

9. Information Security

A company applying for the status of The Official Representative must ensure a high level of data protection and compliance with modern cybersecurity standards.

Documented Cybersecurity Policy
The organisation must have an officially approved Information Security Policy that includes:

  • Rules for data access for staff and students;

  • Procedures for preventing and responding to cybersecurity incidents;

  • Regulations for software updates and protection against viruses and malicious software;

  • Protocols for handling data breaches or data loss;

  • Staff awareness of the policy and regular training sessions.

10. Financial Transparency

The Official Representative is required to ensure fair and transparent financial conditions for their clients and partners.

10.1. Clear Payment and Refund Terms

  • Full information about course fees must be published on the official website or included in contracts/offers.

  • Precise indication of the cost of each course or module.

  • Option for instalment payments (if provided by the learning terms).

  • No hidden fees or additional charges without prior notice to the client.

  • A clearly defined refund policy that includes:
     

    • Conditions and timelines for refunds in the case of withdrawal from training;

    • Procedure for submitting a refund request;

    • Guaranteed refund in the event of course cancellation by the training centre.
       

10.2. Guarantees for Students
Provision of additional services demonstrating commitment to training quality:

  • Re-access to the course or specific modules in case of unsatisfactory results or justified learning difficulties;

  • Option to retake a mock exam free of charge;

  • Offer of individual consultations in complex cases.

  • Public commitment to maintaining high standards of service and educational quality.

11. Accreditation Period and Membership Fee

11.1. Accreditation Validity Period
Accreditation as The Official Representative is granted for a period of 1 year from the date the accreditation decision is made.
At the end of this period, re-accreditation is required, during which the organisation is reassessed for compliance with all current ACPM criteria and standards.
The learning centre must submit documents for accreditation renewal no later than 30 calendar days before the end of the current accreditation period.

11.2. Membership Fee
To maintain the status of an accredited partner, the organisation must pay an annual membership fee.

The Membership Fee is £120 per year. 

The payment is due within 7 calendar days from the confirmation of compliance with ACPM standards. Late payment may result in the suspension of the accreditation status.

Included in the Membership Fee
The annual membership fee includes the following benefits and services:

  • Inclusion of one course in the official list of accredited ACPM programmes, with publication on the website and promotional materials.
    Note: For 2 or more courses, there is an additional fee of £65 per course.

  • Creation of a promotional video about the Official Representative
    ACPM specialists will produce a promo video using materials provided by the company (photos, videos, logo).

  • Promotion

    • Publication of an accreditation announcement on the official ACPM website.

    • Placement of a partner article about the centre.

    • Posting of the promo video on ACPM’s official social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube channel.

  • Promotion of Accredited Programmes

    • Placement and promotion of promo videos for each accredited programme on social media and YouTube.
      Note: Videos must be submitted by the learning centre in MP4 format and duration of up to 60 seconds (YouTube Shorts) or up to 3 minutes (Instagram Reels).

  • Display of Contact Details

    • Full contact information (address, phone, email, website, social media) of the centre will be published on the ACPM website in the Partners section.
       

    • Direct student registration for the centre’s courses and programmes via the ACPM website, with automatic email notifications of new applications sent to the centre.

  • Course and Programme Promotion to the ACPM Audience

    • Informational support and promotion of programmes accredited by the representative among ACPM students and partners.

  • Expert Profile Publication

    • One representative of the centre (an expert with confirmed practical experience in accreditation) will be published on the ACPM website.

    • The publication includes a photo, a detailed professional profile, description of competencies and achievements.

    • The expert receives ACPM Expert status in the relevant field and is added to the professional registry.
