History and development of BMG International
PROTUZ was established on 2 September 2024 by Dmytro Kutuzakin and Svitlana Honcharova, who jointly manage the centre under a partnership agreement. The centre was founded in response to a practical market need: while businesses were often offered either theoretical discussions about artificial intelligence or highly technical courses, owners and managers required practical solutions for integrating AI into real business processes.
Since its establishment, PROTUZ has developed a practice-oriented model of AI education for business. During its first year, the flagship programme Neural Networks for Business was delivered to 10 cohorts, alongside 6 corporate programmes and 9 one-day workshops. Over this period, the centre trained 171 participants, completed more than 20 AI business projects, and delivered over 200 hours of corporate training and strategic sessions across Ukraine, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Latvia, Slovakia and Germany.
The centre’s development has focused on three key areas: expanding from individual workshops to structured educational programmes, developing tailored corporate training, and moving from demonstrations of individual AI tools to a documented methodology combining business-process audit, end-to-end analytics and AI agent architecture. PROTUZ also contributes to international professional exchange through conference presentations by its founders in Brussels, Hamburg and Copenhagen, as well as practical AI workshops delivered in Riga.
The centre’s mission is to transform artificial intelligence from an experimental technology into a managed business function while ensuring that final decisions remain under human control. Its long-term vision is to establish an internationally recognised standard of practical AI education for management and to prepare internal AI implementation leaders capable of driving sustainable transformation within their organisations.
The story of the founder
PROTUZ is founded and jointly led by Dmytro Kutuzakin, CEO & Founder and Head of the Learning Centre, and Svitlana Honcharova, Co-founder, Head of Data Science and ACPM Programme Coordinator. Their complementary expertise in business management, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, data science and academic education shapes the centre’s practical approach to AI implementation and professional training.
Dmytro Kutuzakin has more than 20 years of management and entrepreneurial experience. He holds Master’s degrees in Accounting and Audit and Project Management and has completed further professional training in AI integration in business operations. His career includes founding and scaling a marketing company, leading sales and marketing functions in international companies across Europe, and advising businesses on AI adoption, automation and strategic management. He is the author and lead trainer of AI Business Leadership, Neural Networks for Business and AI Practic.
Svitlana Honcharova is a PhD in Economics and Associate Professor with more than 25 years of academic and applied experience. She is the author or co-author of 8 textbooks, 10 monographs and more than 160 scientific and methodological publications, including work indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. She has delivered more than 15,000 academic hours in marketing, strategic management, project management and human resource management, and serves as the methodologist and co-author of PROTUZ educational programmes.
Together, the founders promote a practical philosophy of AI education: artificial intelligence should support decision-making while people retain final responsibility, and professional training should result in working business systems rather than theoretical knowledge alone.
