This programme equips experienced finance professionals with practical skills to build and develop a structured consulting practice. Participants learn to define their positioning and service offer, attract and retain clients, conduct diagnostic meetings and negotiations, price and communicate the value of their services, manage consulting projects, and plan the development of their own practice.

The programme focuses on transforming existing financial expertise into a clear, commercially viable consulting service with practical tools for client acquisition, project delivery, and professional growth.

Completing the certification programme does not require specific education or experience, but prior professional experience in finance, accounting, economics, or management will be an advantage.

Exam and certificate

The official ACPM certification exam is held online on a monthly scheduled basis. Prior registration is required to participate in the exam. The list of required documents and the exam registration form are available in the distance learning system.

The exam consists of 20 test questions. The exam duration is 3 hours.

Passing score: 60.

The ACPM international certification exam is administered by administrators using a proctoring system, including monitoring of the candidate and their computer screen. Completed examination materials are checked and assessed by ACPM-accredited instructors.

Exam results are communicated to candidates by email within two weeks after the examination. If the candidate scores 60 or more points, the international ACPM certificate is sent electronically to the same email address within two months from the date the results are announced.
