Business Process Management 2025: Architecture of Sustainable Business was the first conference in Ukraine dedicated to business process management, held on 19 June 2025 in Kyiv. The event aimed to promote a culture of process management in Ukraine, with a focus on creating value for both businesses and the state. It brought together leaders of Ukrainian and international companies, government representatives, and independent experts. The organiser of the event was the Association of Business Process Management Professionals ABPMP Ukraine.
The CEO of ACPM Ukraine, Yuliia Voloshyna, took part in the BPM 2025 conference, meeting with representatives of businesses and the ABPMP Ukraine Association to exchange experience and discuss the prospects of process management in Ukraine and globally. A number of agreements were reached regarding professional meetings with the organisers and participants of the conference, and directions for development and partnership were outlined.
ACPM is considering the development of a process management stream within its Association, aiming to provide strong expertise and support businesses in implementing best practices, thus helping them remain leaders in their respective sectors.
Among the speakers were representatives of leading companies and organisations. Keynote speakers included heads of departments and experts from MHP, Starlight Media, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Yuriy Pharm, Kernel, Public Broadcasting, Kyivstar, Nova Poshta, the “Podorozhnyk” pharmacy network, and Ukrsibbank. They shared real-life cases of process management implementation, presented successful solutions, and discussed emerging BPM trends.
We extend our sincere thanks to the ABPMP Ukraine Association for organising this important event, and express special gratitude to the President of the Association, Oleksii Hromiko, as well as to the entire Board – including Olha Ostroverkha, Nataliia Zaverukha, and others – for their contribution to the development of the process management community in Ukraine.
