Changes in Polish legislation coming into effect in July 2025 have prompted education providers to revise their curricula. The Association of Certified Professional Managers (ACPM) was the first to respond to the new requirements.
Why the update was necessary
In December 2024, the Polish parliament passed amendments to laws covering accounting, taxation, and social security. These changes introduce new approaches to documentation, reporting, and tax calculations for businesses.
"We couldn’t leave our graduates to face the new requirements alone. That’s why ACPM experts spent two months adapting all Poland-related programmes," said the organisation’s Head of Education.
ACPM’s Polish stream, launched in 2022, has seen consistent interest from Ukrainian professionals.
Five updated programmes
The courses reflect the latest changes in Polish legislation and are tailored to meet the practical needs of learners. ACPM offers comprehensive training across various tracks:

- "ACPM: HR Administration in Poland – From Basics to Practice" – a full course on HR management, including payroll, hiring processes, and HR documentation in line with Polish labour law.
- "ACPM: Accounting for Sole Traders in Poland" – a specialist course focusing on tax regimes and reporting requirements for freelancers and self-employed professionals.
- "ACPM: Business Taxation in Poland" – an advanced course with hands-on practice using professional accounting software. Designed for experienced specialists.
- "ACPM: Independent Accountant in Poland" – a programme tailored for those aiming to work as freelance consultants. Emphasis on risk management and independent bookkeeping.

Next-generation certification
Each course culminates in an ACPM certificate featuring a unique blockchain ID, protecting it from forgery and enabling instant online verification by employers.
