Academy of Professional Certification, is a certified educational psychologist and a recognised expert in the field of accounting services and training. Her professional journey began with an education in psychology, which gave her a deeper understanding of people's professional development needs. With certifications as a Professional Accountant, International Internal Auditor, International Professional Accountant and Tax Auditor, she was able to combine her knowledge and experience to create a successful training and certification business.
In 1998 Zukhra Kadyrovna organised her first recruitment company. Already in 1999 her company was recognised as the best in the city according to the results of surveys, which became an important milestone in her career and gave a strong impetus for further growth. Realising the growing need for professional training, she expanded the business by adding a new line of business – employee training and development. This decision was a turning point, laying the foundations for the establishment of BUSINESS SUCCESS P.H.P. Academy, which has become a recognised leader in the training of accounting professionals and HR managers.
